Privacy Policy
Your Volleyball Videos ("we", "us") turns full volleyball match recordings into rally-only clips. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and email from your Google profile. We never see your Google password.
- Your videos — the recordings you upload, and the processed clips, thumbnails, and analysis data (such as rally timestamps and player positions) our system derives from them.
- Usage data — standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To process your videos into rally clips — the core of the service. Processing runs automatically on cloud infrastructure; humans don't watch your videos.
- To send transactional email: account confirmation, password resets, and a notification when your rallies are ready. No marketing email.
- To operate, debug, and protect the service.
Storage and processing
Videos and derived data are stored with cloud storage and computing providers (Amazon Web Services in the EU, Backblaze, and GPU compute providers) acting as our processors. Account data lives in AWS (EU region).
Sharing
We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for their own use. Your videos are visible to you, to people you share a link with (viewing a shared link requires signing in), and to no one else.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your account and videos at any time — email your-volleyball-videos-support@googlegroups.com and we'll take care of it. Deleting a video in the app removes it from your library; full storage cleanup follows.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll note the new date here and inform you by email when the change affects how your data is handled.
