Terms of Service
By using Your Volleyball Videos you agree to these terms.
The service
You upload volleyball recordings; we automatically cut them into rally-only clips you can watch, star, download, and share. The service is currently provided free of charge; we may introduce paid plans or usage limits later.
Your content
- Your videos remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and stream them back to you and to people you share them with — nothing more.
- Only upload content you have the right to use. Recordings of matches you play in or film with the participants' knowledge are the intended use.
- You can delete your videos or your whole account at any time.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no uploading unrelated content, probing the infrastructure, or automated bulk use. We may limit or suspend accounts that disrupt the service for others.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". Automated rally detection is good but not perfect — clips may occasionally miss or misjudge a rally. Keep your original recordings; we are not a backup service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free service, is zero.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced with a new effective date. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
